Billing: Membership is auto-billed monthly on the date you sign up
Commitment: A 3-month commitment is required
Rollovers: Unused sessions roll over for 1 month only. After said month they expire
Cancellations: You can cancel your membership at anytime with no fee(s).
Non-Transferable: Memberships and sessions cannot be transferred to others.
Late/Failed Payments: Late/failed payments will result in a paused membership. You will receive a courtesy email, call,
and/or text reminder with a 7 day grace period. if payment is not made during the grace period your membership
will be cancelled and you will be ineligible to re-enroll
No-Shows: We understand that life happens, members are allowed two no-show/reschedules per year without penalty. After that, missed appointments or cancellations with less than 12hrs notice will forfeit that month's sessions.
