Payment, Cancellation, No-Refund Policy

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following policies


Payment

Full payment is due at the end of your service-no deposit is required to book.


No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable once rendered.


Cancellations

Non-members: May cancel/reschedule up to 24 hours in advance with no fee. If you cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours’

notice a 30% cancellation/reschedule fee will be charged to the card you used to book.

Members: May cancel/reschedule up to 12hrs in advance with no fee. Your first cancellation/reschedule is waived. After that any canceled, rescheduled, or no shows with less than 12hrs notice will forfeit that month's session. Members receive one waive per year


Late Arrival

To ensure every client receives the full attention and experience they deserve, we kindly ask that you arrive at your scheduled time. If you arrive late your service will be shortened to avoid overlapping with the next guest, and the full service fee will still apply.
